Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Lambano Digital Solutions and its powered platforms, including AzmarinoRide. We operate strictly as a digital platform and assistance service, and we are not agents.

1. General Principle

Service fees paid to Lambano Digital Solutions are for digital assistance and platform usage only. Once the service has been delivered, fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. Ride Services (AzmarinoRide)

  • Lambano Digital Solutions does not collect ride fares between drivers and riders unless clearly specified

  • Any payments made directly to drivers are not refundable by Lambano Digital Solutions

  • Disputes regarding ride price, service quality, delays, or cancellations must be resolved directly between rider and driver

 

3. Online Air Ticket Assistance

  • Assistance fees are non-refundable once booking support has been provided

  • Ticket prices, airline fees, taxes, and penalties are controlled by airlines or third-party booking platforms

  • Refunds for tickets, if any, are subject solely to airline or platform rules

Lambano Digital Solutions does not guarantee that a ticket will be refundable.

 

4. Failed or Incomplete Requests

A refund of the assistance fee only may be considered if:

  • The service was not started, and

  • No booking action was performed on behalf of the client

Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of Lambano Digital Solutions.

 

5. No Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Airline cancellations or schedule changes

  • Driver no-shows or service refusal

  • Losses caused by third-party decisions or force majeure events

 

6. Acceptance

By using our platform or assistance services, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
