  • Use the platform for legal purposes only

3. Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or provide false information

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

  • Attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. AzmarinoRide – Ride Disclaimer

  • Drivers are independent individuals

  • Lambano Digital Solutions does not own vehicles or employ drivers

  • Ride terms, pricing, and conduct are agreed directly between rider and driver

  • We are not responsible for accidents, delays, disputes, or losses

5. Online Air Ticket Assistance Disclaimer

  • We assist clients in booking tickets via third-party platforms

  • Tickets are issued by airlines or booking websites, not by us

  • Airline rules apply to fares, changes, cancellations, and refunds

6. Payments & Fees

  • Any platform or assistance fee is for digital services only

  • Ride fares are paid directly to drivers unless otherwise stated

  • Ticket payments are made directly to airlines or booking platforms

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Ride availability or driver acceptance

  • Ticket prices, seat availability, or refund eligibility

  • Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambano Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during rides

  • Airline delays, cancellations, or denied boarding

  • Indirect or consequential damages
